Prompt Title Commitments
Timely and accurate Title Commitments are essential to keeping real estate transactions on schedule.
While exact turnaround times can vary depending on the property and any issues uncovered during the
title examination, Expert Title Escrow Agency strives to provide prompt and efficient
service.
Most Title Commitments are issued quickly once the
title examination is complete. If you have not received your Title Commitment within three business days,
we encourage you to contact our office. This allows us to confirm that your order was received and to
explain any title issues that may be delaying release of the commitment.
Recording Services
Expert Title Escrow Agency handles the recording of all legal documents involved in our
closing transactions as part of our full-service real estate closing process. Documents are recorded
promptly and accurately with the appropriate county recording offices to ensure proper transfer and
protection of ownership.
We charge no additional recording fees beyond those required by the county except a $20 e-reording fee when applicable. Current
recording fees are generally $39.00 for the first two pages and
$8.00 for each additional page. Deed recordings typically include an additional
$0.50 per parcel, and some counties may charge a cross-reference fee for Assignment
and Release recordings.
Recordings requested outside of a closing transaction may be subject to a handling fee. Any
applicable fees will be discussed in advance to ensure transparency.
