Convenience and flexibility are important parts of a successful real estate closing. Expert Title Escrow Agency is centrally located at 6804 Loop Road in Centerville, Ohio, but we understand that not all parties are able to attend a closing in our office.
Schedule permitting, we offer out‑of‑office closings at lender and real estate offices within approximately 30 minutes of our location during our business hours, at no additional charge. This flexibility helps accommodate busy schedules for buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents while keeping transactions on track.
Closings that take place outside of our normal service area may be subject to an additional mobile closing fee, which will be discussed in advance so there are no surprises.
For clients with disabilities or mobility limitations who are unable to travel to our office, we are happy to conduct closings in their homes. We also recognize that unique circumstances can arise, and we encourage anyone who is unable to attend a closing in person to contact our office so we can discuss available options.
